GRADUATES’ SATISFACTION WITH HANOI UNIVERSITY CURRICULUM

This paper presents the findings of a survey on 600 different majors who graduated in 2016 from Hanoi University. The findings show that a majority of graduates express their satisfaction with the major curricula and syllabi. It is also revealed that the rankings of graduates correlate with the degrees of satisfaction with curricula and syllabi. The study suggests that there is a need for the University to pay more attention to providing students with more training of soft skills and add practical contents and selective subjects in the curricula.
