Abstract

The teaching of political theory modules at universities and colleges plays a crucial role in equipping students with worldviews and scientific methods, as well as fostering their political thoughts and revolutionary ideals. In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching to meet practical requirements, the flipped classroom has been piloted in these modules at the Faculty of Political Education, Hanoi University in the past 2 years. This is a modern teaching method that meets the requirements of higher education innovation in Vietnam nowadays. This research paper explores the application of flipped classroom model in political theory modules, thereby, identifying its advantages and limitations and proposing a number of solutions to improve its quality at Hanoi University.
