PROMOTING RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN VIETNAM CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMPREHENSIVE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN RUSSIA AND VIETNAM

Abstract

During 65 years of the friendly relation between Vietnam and Russia, Russian language Studies as a science, has been relatively popular in Vietnam. It has helped many Vietnamese people know more about the rich culture and soul of Russian people. This is the foundation of not only the trade and economic development but also the relationship between the two countries’ governments and people. However, in order to make Russian become an efficient tool in promoting the comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two countries in the new context, it is essential to facilitate Russian language learning in Vietnam.
